AI Football — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of AI Football (the “Service”), a personal software project that produces and publishes gaming content about EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

AI Football is an automated content pipeline. It plays and analyses EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team, generates match reports, squad-building guides, statistics and short videos, and publishes that content to social platforms operated by the Service owner, including TikTok, X, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram and Discord.

2. Who may use it

The publishing tools are operated solely by the owner of the Service and are not offered to the general public. Consumers of the Service are viewers of the published content. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to view the content.

3. Accounts and connected platforms

The Service connects to social accounts that belong to its owner, using the official APIs of those platforms and the owner’s own explicit authorisation. The Service does not request, store or use credentials or content belonging to any third-party user. Access tokens are stored on the owner’s private infrastructure and can be revoked at any time from the relevant platform’s settings.

4. Acceptable use

When interacting with the Service or its published content you agree not to:

• reproduce or redistribute the content commercially without written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing material;
• use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform.

5. Content and intellectual property

Content generated by the Service belongs to its owner. EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team and all related names, logos and in-game assets are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. AI Football is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc., TikTok, X Corp., Google LLC or Amazon.com, Inc.

6. No warranty

The Service and its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Statistics, predictions and squad-building advice are informational only and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing published by the Service is financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner of the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or its content.

8. Changes and termination

These Terms may be updated at any time; the revised version takes effect when published at this address. The Service may be modified, suspended or discontinued without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
